Shenzhen Fluentrop Technology Co Ltd. is hi-tech company specializing in developing advanced heat transfer and thermal management technologies and manufacturing high quality products for our valued customers. Fluentrop Technology is head-quartered in Guangming District, Shenzhen, and has R&D and production bases in Shenzhen and Dongguan of Guangdong, Gaoyou of Jiangsu, and Mianyang of Sichuan.
Fluentrop Technology's key products are based our air- or liquid-based heat transfer and thermal management technologies. The liquid cooling technologies include both single-phase and two-phase systems, vapor chambers (VC) and high-flux evaporators. These technologies use novel nanomaterials and fluid structures, developed by our R&D team, to achieve unparalleled performance of liquid-vapor phase change and self-driven circulation performance of two-phase fluid flow, thereby achieving superior heat transfer performance and thermal management efficiency.
Fluentrop’s core heat transfer technologies utilized the novel porous materials Xylemat® and microporous metals, developed by our R&D team. The development of XyleMat materials is inspired by water transport mechanism of tall trees against gravity. XyleMat mimics the xylem structure of trees which can provide both high capillary force and high flow rate and allows efficient transport of working medium over long distance even under gravity, achieving wicking performance unmatched by other materials. The microporous metallic material is fabricated using scalable templating methods. This material has a pore size in the order of 20-80 micrometers and a porosity over 90%. Together with our novel fluid flow designs, these materials allow us to develop heat transfer device with unprecedented performance.
The application of Fluentrop’s spans multiple industries including electronics, renewable energy, energy storage, manufacturing, chemical engineering and so on.
